Congress Takes Dig at BJP For Transfers, Suspensions


JKPCC Chief Spokesperson Ravinder Sharma blamed BJP for polarizing the society for vote bank and threatening the traditionalharmony in the State especially in Jammu region. He appealed the people tomaintain traditional brotherhood at all costs.

Sharma was speaking in ameeting of party workers at Sunderbani today. He said that BJP is makingregular attempts to create a wedge between communities which have lived inpeace and harmony for centuries and maintained brotherhood despiteprovocations.

He further said that wrongapproach of the present government towards various issues have threatened thetraditional peace and harmony in the State especially in Jammu region.

He held BJP Ministersresponsible for creating uncertainty in the Government, especially at a timewhen there is Darbar Move and people have suffered a lot.

“It is a peculiar situationwhen a Minister after tendering his resignation suspended over two dozenemployees. It is also unfortunate that Deputy Chief Minister has indulged intransfers in Forest Department while others are conducting tours. The presentPDP-BJP Government has ignored the genuine demands and aspirations of peopleand indulged in all unfair means,” he added.

Sharma appealed to the peopleto maintain peace and traditional communal brotherhood at all costs. He alsoasked the party workers to defeat the designs of forces who are out to dividethe society on communal lines for their vested interests.
