Srinagar, April 2, ANB, Jammu and Kashmir Waqf Board Chairperson, Dr Darakhshan Andrabi said that Union Minister KirenRijiju pointed out that Waqf properties are nearly equal in number to those owned by the Railways and Defence, yet the Muslim community continues to struggle with poverty and backwardness.
