Nagam Zone excels in Inter School Sports with over 400 Student Participants

Continuing the sports activities under the supervision of District Youth Services and Sports Officer Shri Balbir Singh Sodhi and organized by Zonal Physical Education Officer Nagam Jahan Ara at the venue Ground Girls Higher Secondary School Nagam Under-14 Girls Volleyball, Khokho and Kabaddi competitions started.These competitions were inaugurated by Principal Girls Higher Secondary Ms.Afshana Wali along with District Sports Officer Budgam Balbir Singh who inaugurated the zonal level events, while Zonal Physical Education Officer Jahan Ara was also present on the occasion.Under-14 girls from middle and high schools are enthusiastically participating in volleyball, kabaddi and khokho competitions at the zonal level.In the Kabadi competition Middle School Brarigund defeated Middle School Singhan,while in the Khokho match Middle School Hafroo defeated Kherigund & in Volleyball inaugural match Peace school nagam defeated HS Buzoo and Actively participate in the competitions up to the zonal level and many more competitions will be organized at the zonal level to increase the sports activities.So that under the zonal level the above mentioned childrens will have a lot of interest in playing the matches.It should be noted that these inter-school competitions will continue for the next four days on the ground of Nagam Girls Higher Secondary.
