Udhampur, November 6: Intensifying his election campaign in Nagrota constituency, MLA Udhampur East Ranbir Singh Pathania today a vigorous door-to-door outreach across Dansal, Janakha, Badsoo and nearby villages, seeking strong public support for BJP candidate Ms. Divyani Rana.
Addressing a series of local gatherings, Mr. Pathania cautioned voters against what he called the “B-teams of NC and Congress,” alleging that these groups, despite operating under different names and symbols, propagate the same politics of “stagnation, favouritism and false promises.”
“The time has come for a complete transformation—towards development, accountability and people-centric governance. Only the BJP, under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, can deliver on that promise,” Mr. Pathania asserted.
He described Ms. Divyani Rana as “a symbol of youth, dynamism and progressive politics,” representing the aspirations of a new Jammu & Kashmir anchored in empowerment, equality and inclusive growth.
Urging voters to rally behind the BJP’s lotus symbol, Mr. Pathania appealed for a “vote for Divyani, vote for change,” emphasizing that a strong mandate would ensure Nagrota’s continued journey toward development and prosperity.
Mr. Pathania was accompanied by Showakat Ali, Dewan Chand (Sarpanch), Rajnish Sharma, Sadiq (Sarpanch), along with several local sarpanches, panches, senior party workers and enthusiastic youth supporters during the campaign.
