Srinagar, Feb 3, ANB: A Power Development Department (PDD) employee, who sustained critical injuries in an accident last week in Nowshera Srinagar, has passed away while undergoing treatment at SKIMS Srinagar, officials confirmed on Monday according to the Associated New Bureau.
The deceased has been identified as 38-year-old Bashir Ahmad Sofi, son of Ghulam Muhammad Sofi, a resident of Gadoora, Ganderbal. Despite receiving intensive medical care at Sher-i-Kashmir Institute of Medical Sciences (SKIMS), he succumbed to his injuries after battling for his life for several days. (ANB)
