Ramgarh, March 22, 2026:
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized a Bainglar Mandal Prashikshan Workshop in the Ramgarh Assembly Constituency as part of the ongoing Pt. Deendayal Upadhyaya Prashikshan Mahabhiyan, with senior party leadership underscoring the importance of ideological clarity and grassroots strengthening.
J&K BJP President and Rajya Sabha Member Sat Sharma, along with MLA Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, addressed the workshop. The event also witnessed participation from J&K BJP Vice-President Rekha Mahajan and District President Asha Rani, besides party functionaries and workers from the Mandal.
Addressing the gathering, Sat Sharma emphasized that the BJP derives its strength from a strong ideological foundation and the unwavering dedication of its cadre. He stated that the party functions not merely as a political organization but as a movement driven by principles. Referring to the philosophy of Integral Humanism propounded by Deendayal Upadhyaya, he highlighted its focus on holistic development, social harmony, and the upliftment of the last person in society under the concept of Antyodaya. He stressed that continuous training initiatives are vital for reinforcing ideological clarity and enhancing organizational efficiency from the booth level to the national stage.
Dr. Devinder Kumar Manyal, in his remarks, underlined the significance of discipline, service, and dedication in the functioning of party workers. He noted that the BJP’s cadre-based structure ensures that each worker contributes selflessly towards societal development, guided by nationalist ideals. He further added that principles such as Antyodaya and Swadeshi aim to ensure inclusive growth and empowerment of marginalized communities.
Rekha Mahajan highlighted the role of training programmes in building awareness and strengthening the capabilities of party workers. She called upon the cadre to remain committed to the party’s ideology and to actively contribute towards organizational growth at all levels.
Asha Rani, in her address, stressed the importance of maintaining a strong grassroots connect and organizational unity. She urged party workers to work with dedication to ensure that the BJP’s principles of good governance, inclusivity, and public service effectively reach every household.
