Srinagar, Sept 19: Bollywood icon Suniel Shetty is all set to return to the Kashmir Valley to inspire and cheer participants of the second edition of the Kashmir Marathon, scheduled to take place on November 2, 2025.
Organisers said the marathon is not only a celebration of fitness and togetherness but also an opportunity to showcase the Valley’s rich cultural, historical, and natural charm.
The scenic route will take runners past the majestic Dal Lake and the lush Zabarwan mountain range, while passing iconic landmarks such as the Shankaracharya Temple, Pari Mahal, and the revered Hazratbal Dargah Shrine. Participants will also experience the splendour of the famous Mughal Gardens, with their autumn Chinar hues and meticulously crafted landscapes providing a stunning backdrop.
With its ideal climate, varied terrain, and the warmth of Kashmiri hospitality, the event promises an immersive sporting and cultural experience for athletes and visitors alike.
