Rajasthan, 17 November 2025: The eighth edition of the India-UK joint military exercise, AJEYA WARRIOR-25, commenced today at the Foreign Training Node, Mahajan Field Firing Ranges in Rajasthan. The 14-day exercise is scheduled to run from 17 to 30 November 2025.
The exercise brings together 240 personnel, equally representing the Indian Army and the British Army, with Indian troops from the Sikh Regiment. Conducted under a United Nations mandate, the exercise focuses on counter-terrorism operations in semi-urban environments.
Over the next two weeks, participants will engage in brigade-level mission planning, integrated tactical drills, simulation-based scenarios, and company-level field exercises simulating real-life counter-terror contingencies. The exercise also aims to enhance tactical proficiency, share best practices, and develop coordinated responses for complex operations.
Held biennially since 2011, AJEYA WARRIOR has grown into a flagship engagement between the Indian and British armies. The 2025 edition underscores professionalism, cooperation, and a shared commitment to regional stability and global peace.
