Safapura volleyball club clinched the title.
Safapura volleyball club clinched the title. District Ganderbal volleyball association organised district volleyball championship under the banner of Volleyball association Jammu and Kashmir and sponsered by Jammu and Kashmir sports council in which 8 teams from across the district were participated the final match of the championship played between Safapura volleyball club and Eagle volleyball club Fathepura. Safapura volleyball club bt Eagle volleyball club in state three sets score 26:24,25:22,25:21 and won the championship.On this occasion Nazir Ahmed Waza Principal Govt college of physical education Ganderbal was the chief guest he appreciates the efforts of Volleyball association of Jammu and Kashmir towards the youth of the Jammu and Kashmir UT. On this occasion Dr.Mushtaq Ahmed was the guest of honour. Those present on the occasion were Irshad Ahmad, Kuldeep Magotra CEO,Mohd Tariq joint secretary of volleyball association Jammu and Kashmir,, Maqbool Ahmed,and Khawar Ahmed.In the earlier semifinal match Eagle volleyball club bt Pathan worrier in 3:2 sets, score 25:21,24:26,25:22,21:25,15:13 and in 2nd semifinal Safapura bt Spyker club 3:1 sets,25:22,19:25,25:23,25:18.
