Srinagar Police today organised a farewell ceremony at the District Police Headquarters to honour two retiring officials—Assistant Sub-Inspector Mohi-ud-din and Head Constable Sardar Ali—on their superannuation after years of dedicated service to the Jammu and Kashmir Police.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Srinagar, Dr. G. V. Sundeep Chakravarthy, IPS, praised the retirees for their professionalism, integrity and unwavering commitment to duty. He acknowledged their significant contribution to maintaining law and order and extended best wishes for a healthy and fulfilling post-retirement life.
The ceremony was attended by SP Headquarters Umar Shah, DySP Headquarters Syed Sleet Shah, Chief Prosecuting Officer Jaswant Raj, Accounts Officer Imtiyaz Ahmad, along with other senior officers, who also expressed appreciation for the services rendered by the retiring personnel.
As a token of recognition, the SSP Srinagar presented Certificates of Appreciation to both officers, acknowledging their dedicated service and contributions over the years.
