Finance Employees’ Associations Congratulate Javid Dar on Assuming Charge

Srinagar, October 29: Representatives of the Jammu and Kashmir Finance and Accounts Services employees’ associations on Thursday called on Javid Ahmad Dar, Minister for Finance, Agriculture Production, Mining and Cooperative Departments, and congratulated him on assuming charge of the Finance Department. During the interaction, the representatives extended their best wishes to the Minister and expressed hope that his leadership would further enhance the department’s efficiency, strengthen institutional functioning and advance the government’s financial and developmental priorities. They underscored the importance of sound financial management, transparency and accountability, while expressing confidence that the department would continue to improve governance and ensure efficient delivery of public services. The representatives also expressed optimism that the Minister’s tenure would strengthen the department’s institutional framework and contribute to achieving key financial objectives and accelerating Jammu and Kashmir’s overall economic development. The employees’ associations wished Javid Ahmad Dar a successful tenure and expressed hope that the Finance Department would continue to make progress in promoting effective financial governance and supporting the government’s development agenda.
