Srinagar, September 11: Continuing its efforts to strengthen customer engagement across the country, J&K Bank on Thursday convened a customer meet at its Zonal Office in Jammu.
The meeting was chaired by Executive Director Sudhir Gupta in the presence of GM & Divisional Head (Jammu) Ashok Gupta, GM Rakesh Magotra, Zonal Head (Jammu) Anita Nehru, Cluster Heads Chandrika Parihar and Arjun Singh Rathore, besides other senior officials.
Providing an interactive platform, the meet focused on addressing service-related issues, gathering customer feedback, and reinforcing the Bank’s commitment to its clientele.
Expressing solidarity with those affected by the recent floods, ED Sudhir Gupta said, “We express our deepest sympathies to the victims and reiterate that J&K Bank has always stood by its customers in both good and difficult times.”
He also highlighted the Bank’s Rehabilitation Package-2025 for borrowers impacted by the Pahalgam terror incident and subsequent disturbances, assuring transparency and compassion in its implementation.
On supporting businesses, Gupta stressed the Bank’s focus on MSMEs, calling them the “vital pillar of the economy,” and urged entrepreneurs to take part in the Government’s Mission YUVA to move towards financial self-sufficiency.
GM & Divisional Head (Jammu) Ashok Gupta reiterated the Bank’s customer-first approach. “Customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We assure those affected by the floods of our full support as they rebuild their lives,” he said.
Customers, while appreciating the Bank’s continued assistance in times of crisis, urged the management to hold such interactions more frequently. They expressed confidence that regular engagements would help resolve issues more effectively and further strengthen their relationship with the Bank.
