Srinagar, October 19, 2025: Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha has extended warm greetings to the people on the auspicious occasion of Deepawali.
In his message, the Lieutenant Governor said that the festival of lights symbolizes the triumph of knowledge over ignorance and inspires humanity to walk the path of righteousness, compassion, and progress.
“On this sacred occasion of Deepawali, I convey my heartfelt greetings to all. The festival lights the lamp of wisdom, dispels darkness, and renews our faith in the ideals of Lord Ram. It is a celebration of hope, happiness, and harmony,” the Lieutenant Governor said.
He further wished that Goddess Lakshmi, Lord Ganesh, and Lord Ram bless every home with joy, prosperity, and peace. “May this festival of lights bring happiness and success to all,” he added.
