Miran Sahib – Anand Jain, IPS, Additional Director General (ADG) Armed, today visited the Jammu and Kashmir Armed Police (JKAP) 8th Battalion in Miran Sahib to review its operational and administrative functioning.
During the visit, ADG Jain inspected the battalion’s upgraded facilities, ensuring they meet the standards for operational readiness and personnel welfare. He also paid homage at the Martyrs’ Gallery, honoring the sacrifices of fallen officers.
Interacting with officers and jawans, he emphasized the importance of discipline, professionalism, and commitment to public service. The visit concluded with discussions aimed at further enhancing operational efficiency and welfare measures for the personnel.
